Information you provide

If you submit the website inquiry form, Apex North AI receives the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number and website, and the details of your inquiry. The information is stored in the website's protected business database so Dante can review and respond to it.

If you contact Apex North AI directly by email, we also receive the information you choose to include in that message. Inquiry information is used only to evaluate whether Apex North can help, respond to you, and maintain necessary business records.

Website analytics

When enabled, this website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, page usage, inquiry-form starts, and completed form submissions. Google may process device, browser, approximate-location, and usage information under its own terms. The contents of your inquiry form and email are not sent to Google Analytics.

The analytics integration respects browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by not loading when either signal is enabled. You can also limit analytics through your browser settings or content-blocking tools.

Sharing and retention

Apex North AI does not sell personal information. Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to service providers used to operate the business.
